The Story……….
The Owners were a Couple who had recently separated and were trying to move on and sell the property however there was some damage and the property overall was in disrepair and needed some TLC to restore it back to its former glory.
Enter Attract Properties – we met the couple and discussed purchasing the property from them in its current condition. We made a fair offer in an agreement where we had the time to renovate the property before settling, which was accepted.
We rolled up our sleeves and got the renovation completed within 3 weeks. We engaged our regular staging company to style and furnish the property before finishing the outside renovations and put it on the market through one of our preferred agents. It sold almost immediately with a great result for everyone.
