Bundaberg Renovation Project #3

A good friend of ours who we consider family has owned this property for the best part of the last decade. This house was originally what she called home until she moved to Brisbane several years ago.

It has since been rented out and managed by a local Real Estate Agency, however recently it came to light that there were some significant issues that had left the property in disrepair.

The tenants moved out and now our friend was left with a vacant property that needed substantial work to get it back to the required standard, and there was no rental income to contribute to the mortgage payments. She was left with no choice but to just sell it in it’s current condition.

Unfortunately, she was ill-advised and the price allocated to the property to go to market was a low-ball figure and would have left her with a significant debt.

Our friend was in a bind so as soon as we heard about her plight, we came to her aid, identified what things needed to be fixed and put together a plan to repair and renovate.

It took us 1 Month to complete all of the works, we advertised the property to rent, short-listed the applicants and engaged a lovely young family on a new rental lease agreement.

Crisis Averted!
